My name is Vahagn Haykazyan. I am the founder of this initiative. I am a citizen of the Republic of Armenia. Currently divorced and have two under-age children, a girl and a boy.
My name, along with the works I dedicated my time and resources towards, have been used without my consent. It has come to my attention that certain about actions on my behalf or other parallel activities by some of my relatives and even of my own family members. Have exploited my concepts, personal information, and innovative ideas. In the process, they've made these known to third parties, causing grievous damage to my goodwill and loss of my income. Some of activities doings by governmental level, maybe you see?
And they still do it until now!
Notably, this has caused significant damage to "Express Market", a trade automation company I founded in 2021, and "White Roses", a charity project initiated in 2022. It has reached such a point that by January 2023, both these ventures had to be suspended due to the interference, leading to damaging my income and goodwill associated with it.
This isn't just about me. It's about the sanctity of personal space, data, and the ethics of respect for another individual's ingenuity. Many may not realize it, but the unauthorized usage of personal data and ideas is a violation of basic human rights. According to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests (Article 15, paragraph 1 ©).
Like me, there are numerous others who are silently suffering due to this gross violation. This must stop. It's time to raise a collective voice against such unfair practices and work towards safeguarding the ideas and information of individuals and businesses.
I would like to draw your attention to this, thereby endorsing the principle that an individual's personal data, ideas, and private information should be respected and protected, thus stopping the undoing of years of hard work. Speak up, not only for me but for the millions whose voices are drowned in the silence of this violation. Let's reestablish trust and protect our rights to idea ownership and privacy.
